Hello,

I own the BTA-10 and it sound very low. When I compared the same source (iPhone, por example) by BTA-10 vs cable, the volumen difference is very big...

Could it be defective? Do you imagine how could I fix this issue?

Did you try to adjust the volume of but the iPhone and BTA10 to higher value first?
