It just keep rebooting for no reason.

My M9 just keep rebooting despite several attempts to stop it such as going into factor rest/ recovery mode. My buttons are not spolit and quite responsive. Are there any ways to stop it from rebooting? Is it a software or technical issue?

Can your M9 be turned off still? If yes, please try to wipe the data for the M9 and check again?

1.You could try to enter recovery mode by holding the power button and the next track button at the same time in power off mode first.

2.Then adjust the Volume UP/Down button to choose ‘wipe data/factory reset' to clear the data.

3.Press the power button for ensure.



4. Adjust the Volume UP/Down button choose 'Yes' and press the power button for ensure.

5. Adjust the Volume UP/Down button choose 'Reboot system now' and press the power button for ensure.
