Is your Prime Mini 5  a Windows computer? Please check whether you have installed the MTP driver in it: http://fiio-file.fiio.net/FiiO_USB_DAC_Driver-V4.47.0.zip

Research suggests that the M15 has issues with Linux USB hosts, as noted by @BlackJack

Might be incompatible with USB3/2 ports on Linux:
Roon Rock uses the industry standard UAC2 USB Audio protocol to communicate with audio devices. It’s likely that Fiio will need to update this device to work with UAC2 USB hosts for this to work.

I have the same problem connecting my Fiio M15 to my Linux based Roon Rock. Will there be any update via software that can solve the problem as it happened with the Fiio X5?

Do you mean that your computer is a Linux computer? And the M15 could not work as USB DAC in it? Can the M15 work as USB DAC for other Windows or MAC?

Hello, I have an Intel computer on which only the Roon Rock program is installed, and this program is a Linux program. The Fiio works on a Mac or Windows computer, but not on the Linux computer, why is that?

We do not have a Linux system with this program for test. So we could not locate the reason for the problem. But as the M15 works fine for your MAC and Windows computer, it may be a compatiblity issue between your Linux computer and the M15. Or you could check the settings in the Linux computer to see which setting may lead to the problem?
