Fiio Music App - album sorting by release date under Artist

I can see that album sorting by release date under Artist in Fiio Music App is still not available after the latest update. Why? This should be a basic feature of all music players. Is this really so difficult to implement?

We have recorded your feedback to the engineer. And this is not a basic feature as you could see most app does not support this sorting.

Sorting by year is something that should be part of every music library manager whether in software, firmware or in an app.  If you can sort by artist, album, genre, etc etc you can make the app sort by year. It is just another field in the meta tag.  Making a statement that sorting by year is not done in other apps is a cop out.

Poweramp, Neutron, Rocket, MediaMonkey, hell old Blackberry music apps all could sort by year.

We have recorded your feedback to the engineer. But we could not promise the time to add. Yes, there are some apps support the feature you mentioned. You could also use this apps instead if you need. I just want to let you understand that not all the apps have this function.
