M5 Bluetooth earphones connecting problems

Hi, i have the m5 with the latest firmware 1.4.7 and i have qcy qs2 tws bluetooth v5 earbuds and i unable to connect them no matter how and what im trying it just not connecting It is important to note that I have used them long before just one day it stopped connecting I even bought the same headphones again but still it did not work I can not figure out the problem.

Is your headphone in pairing mode? If the issue still remains, I am afraid it may be a compatiblity problem.
