[M7] M7 Resume play from position still not working

I can't get my M7 to resume playback from position. I'm using Firmware Ver. 1.08 and FiiO Music Ver. 3.02. I've tried resetting Database several times to no avail. Any other ideas?

Dear friend,

I failed to reproduce the problem you mentioned. Did you exit the FiiO Music APP normally by choosing exit in the setting menu in the APP?

Yes. I reinstalled firmware update,Scanned files, reset database, set to resume from position, exited FiiO music properly. Still resumes from start of last song not from the position in the song when it stopped. Any ideas?

Does the issue happen in the certain music file?

I tried two M7 but fail to reproduce your problem.

Makes no difference which music file. Today I did a reset to factory settings and reinstalled to Firmware 1.08 and FiiO music 3.02. Redid all the settings and so far seems to be working

Worked for a few times resuming properly and now back to resuming at the beginning of the last song played.

Dear friend,
When the problem happens again, click the device name option from settings-general-about device for several time, and continually tap“Model number" until ‘have save output log’showing up.

Then please wait for about 20 seconds, and go to M7's internal storage, then send these two log files "M7-kernel-xx.log" and "M7-system-xx.log" to us for further analysis
