Q5s sound balance too much on the right channel

Hello,

I bought a brand new Q5s and I'm struggling with the sound balance being too much on the right channel. I've tried multiple types of headphones and multiple types of input (USB, line-in jack or bluetooth), all with the same result of having the sound balance too much on the right side.
I've also updated to the latest firmware and the results are the same.

Any clue on what could be wrong?

Dear user,

Do you mean that the sound in right channel is louder than the left one? Did you try to reset the Q5s by poking the reset button in the left side? And please check whether the headphone has been pluged to the Q5s firmly?
