Hi, my Q5s bluetooth has suddenly stopped working. It fails to pair to my phone after pressing the pair button for 2 seconds. I have tried holding it for longer than 5 seconds to make it discoverable and new connection with phone and laptop but nothing happens.

I have tried resetting the Q5s but the pair button continues to be unresponsive. The Q5s works fine in wired USB mode to phone and laptop.
