Q5S stopped working

Hello,

I have Q5S which I used fine for couple of months. Suddeny it stopped working. Blue light on OPT stays on, and COAX flashes red light. But not like low battery flashing, just constant flashing. I cannot even turn it off, lights still stay on. No buttons do anything. I tried resetting it but does nothing.

What should I do?

Actually I left it unplugged and the lights go off after sometime, but as soon as I plug it in it all starts again and nothing is happening.
