Does not work as USB DAC with iPhone 11 Pro

I have the official lightening port Apple Camera adapter with a USB-A port and Lightening port. I have my BTR5 in USB 1.0 mode, but it will NOT work in DAC mode with the iPhone. It does work in DAC mode with my iPad Pro that has a native USB-C port. When connected to my iPhone 11 pro the BRT5 constantly cycles between bluetooth reconnect and showing the sampling frequency. What's wrong? I thought it would work in DAC mode with my Iphone 11 and the Apple camera adapter.

Over on another forum a user reported that the camera adapter DOES work on his iPhone 8 with no problems. So I'm baffled why my iPhone 11 pro is having issues. Seems like a possible firmware issue in the BTR5?

Hi,

Have you switched the charge option of the BTR5 to off first? And please check whether the connection is firm enough?
