Hi Kajij,
I haven't used PowerAmp in ages but I assume that is the PA EQ in your screen shot. If you go to settings in the M11 and scroll down to Equalizer then look at the bottom of the screen you will see a row of genres such as rock classical jazz, etc. In the middle of these is one that says "user" where you can set whatever you want then recall this later.
First, turn on the equalizer using the switch at the top right. If you click the reset button it will set everything back to the defaults. Slide the row of genres left or right until you have "user" selected in the middle then adjust the gain sliders up or down in the frequency bands you want to raise or lower until it sounds the way you want. When you don't want this adjustment just turn the switch back off or select a different genre.
Hope this helps.
