Fiio M9 keeps rebooting

My M9 keeps rebooting until it arrives to the main screen, not displaying any icon and then goes infinitelly in the rebooting loop. Can anyone advice how to solve or perform a reset/ factory default using the buttons combination. Again, I cannot get any icon on ghe screen to be able to access the Setting menu and perform the factory default reset. Thanks in advance.

Dear friend,

You could enter the recovery mode by holding the power button&next track button at the same time in power off status .
Then select 'wipe data/factory reset' using the volume wheel. Press the power button for ensure.

I am currently facing the same issue. Factory rest does not help or make a difference actually. The Buttons are all working fine, but i don't get it why it just keep rebooting for no reason.
