Having same issue with transmitting from FiiO M6 to a Lavaudio bluetooth receiver that is connected via RCA audio cables to an integrated amp and speakers. I had to switch to intermediate LDAC because high quality skipped during initial pairing from only 3 feet away. I then had to turn the amp volume up to about 70% and the M6 volume up to about 80% to get a medium volume. Understand that this amp at 70% volume on a line level connection from any normal audio source (TV, DVD, CD) would be shaking the walls! Others in this thread say disabling absolute volume doesn't correct the problem appreciably. Besides, that's not a real solution anyway because there are a lot of reasons to be able to control the volume using the player itself, especially if like me, you are sending to an older amp that doesn't have a remote control. I hope you can fix this issue. Not that I want to play wall shaking music; I just think the music would sound better if the amplifier was not being so over worked. |
