FiiO Q1 Mark 1 doesn't charge.

Unfortunately my FiiO Q1 Mark 1 has stopped charging for some reason. The LED wouldn't turn red or purple, and when it was on it would blink pirple because of low battery, regardless of it being plugged in or not. The amp itself still worked when it had battery, but now that the battery is empty it won't turn on and I can't charge it.  
  
Is my FiiO Q1 broken? I cant seem to charge it with my phone charger, and I've tried 2 different cables already.

It may be a hardware issue with your Q1.
But please try another usb cable and charger first.
Is your Q1 still within the warranty?
If yes, please contact your seller about that first.

If the seller fails to help, please contact support@fiio.com with the receipt attached.

I am relieved to say that it was a cable issue! When I got home I tried a different charger, and that fixed the problem. Thanks for the help.

My q1 mark ii does not charge?
It is not recognised by my MacBook Pro 16" 2019 OS 10.11 Big Sur but will function via micro usb to lightning adapter on iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Reseting via pin hole it will turn red, purple when switched on but does not show in the sound preferences on the MacBook Pro.

Please advise if I require additional drivers fro this to function on the Mac, it did work fine.

Dear friend,

Did you check via another usb cable as well? The driver is not required when using the Q1MKII in the MAC.
