X7 DAC USB Windows 7

Hello,

I am a problem. Every time windows start, my PC don't recognize the driver. Message "unknow device".
I delete thie USB driver and reinstall. I deconnect and reconnect my device. Often the problem persists, but sometimes it happens that it works.
I read and applied the solution of the guide. I insall the last version USB DAC.

This is not reliable.

Do you have a solution ?

Hi,
if I use my X7 as a usb dac with line out I have no problem but if I use spdif I have no music at all
If I use x7 as a player using spdif I have music.

FiiO X7 FW 3.3.0
Driver usb dac 4.11.0
Pc with win 7 ultimate x64 or Win 10 pro x64

Can you hep me, please?
